Hey! My friend and I are looking for another girl to join us in a 3 bed flat in Clapham park at the end of Sept/beginning Oct (the flat is a new build and no one has lived in it previously). It has 3 equal sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, huge balcony and shared living space and it’s about 8 minutes from the tube.

We’re are 30 and 31, currently living together, and we like to keep our home clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone around the same age who’s friendly, sociable and would join in with our plans etc!
