We have a fantastic double room available in a bright 3-bedroom flat in Clapham, with bills included. You'll be sharing with the current flatmates Matthew and Safa - both medical professionals working locally.

The room has a lovely large bay window seat and is furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and rug with plenty of room for a desk and chair. For reference, it is Room 1 on the floor plan.

The apartment has recently been redecorated throughout with new carpet. The living and dining room has 2x sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and there's a separate kitchen with everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, vacuum and separate pantry.

Good storage and great shower pressure in the bathroom, which has also been refurbished with new tiling and decoration.

All bills are included: council tax (Lambeth Council Tax Band D), water, gas & electric as well as fast WiFi. You only have to set up TV License, if you use the services.

Very close to Clapham's coffee shops and grocery stores as well as Venn Street Market on Saturdays. Clapham Common is just down the high street and the tube station is around the corner.
