Hello, we have two double rooms available in our peaceful maisonette 3-bed in Clapham. We are located a short walk from the Common, with good access to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction. Travel via bus is also good as we have multiple routes minutes from the flat.
Ideal housemates will be friendly, considerate and clean and would like to spend some time together but also like our own time. This flat is perfect for working professionals who value a calm environment in a quiet area. I alternate between the office and WFH and am happy for you to WFH as well. I enjoy a mix of hobbies including films, videogames, reading, hiking and art & design.
The rooms:
You’ll both have a similar amount of space overall. The rooms differ in size but the smaller of the two rooms also has access to additional storage downstairs, previously used as a space to WFH.
Rent & Bills:
Rent is £783.33 each and rent + bills (internet, gas & electric, council tax) is currently around £900. Rent payable monthly in advance by standing order.
This furnished property offers:
• Open plan lounge with dining table and TV available via external devices
• Kitchen with washing machine, electric hobs & oven, microwave & fridge/freezer. There’s plenty of space for additional counter appliances, currently just an air fryer
• Bathroom with toilet and bath/shower
• Balcony with table & chairs
• Lots of storage space throughout the house and kitchen
Accessibility:
This flat is not accessible to those with mobility impairments as the entrance is up a flight of stairs and there’s no lift.
Tenancy:
Tenancy is rolling from your start date, and you’ll be required to give 1 month’s notice when you wish to move out. Landlord is lovely and has always fixed any issues swiftly.
