Double Room with terrace in Clapham/Battersea

Lovely double room with it's own private terrace, in a flat located between Clapham Common and Battersea Park.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, clean, and sociable girls in their mid-20s working in civil service and marketing. They work from the office 3 days a week and enjoy a good mix of nights out with friends and quiet evenings in. We’re looking for a like-minded female flatmate who’s easygoing, respectful, and tidy.

The Flat:
- Fully renovated and split over two floors
- Downstairs: kitchen, living room, one bedroom, and the main bathroom
- Upstairs: your bedroom, a second bedroom, and a second bathroom.

The kitchen is spacious with a large dining table and opens onto a downstairs terrace with a BBQ and outdoor seating — perfect for warm evenings. There’s also a separate living room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed).

The room comes with double bed with underbed storage, a wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and room for a desk if working from home. The private terrace is great for sunbathing or reading in the evening.

The room is available from 12th October but it is possible to move in earlier if needed. The tenancy is currently signed until March 2026 and there will be an opportunity to renew then.

The flat is council tax band D and located in Wandsworth (cheapest borough in London!)
