Single room in well-located flat

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room once our rental contract renews in November. You'll be living with three other people in a very comfortable and well-located flat, halfway between Clapham and Battersea.

There is no living room, but the kitchen is large enough for multiple people to be in at once, and has a sofa. You'll have a full cupboard of storage space, plus space in the fridge. Everything works well, and the agency is good about fixing anything that goes wrong.

The room also has plenty of space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers, plus there's a communal cupboard for suitcases and similar. The room is fully furnished, with a new mattress and a desk. It's not carpeted, so it's easy to keep clean.

You'll be living with three others between 29 and 34, who all work different hours - meaning there's no rush for the kitchen or bathroom. Everyone is very friendly. Two existing housemates handle the bills, which come to about £100 in summer (more in winter). The flat is in council tax band D (included in the bill estimation).

Around the flat you have:
- All the bars and restaurants you could want around Clapham Common, 15-minute walk away, plus the common itself.
- A large Sainsbury's in Clapham, and a smaller Sainsbury's and Tesco 10 minutes away.
- More bars and restaurants in Battersea, also 15 minutes away.
- Gym Group and Pure Gym locations 15-20 minutes away, Virgin Active 5 minutes.
- Battersea Park 20 minutes away, and the river 30 minutes (great for running).
- Clapham Common station 15 minutes away.
- Wandsworth Road overground station 10 minutes away.
- Queenstown Road and Battersea Park stations, 13-17 minutes away.
- Clapham Junction station 25 minutes away.
- Plenty of bus routes going anywhere you like, Victoria and Waterloo are 10 minutes away once you're on the bus.
