We are two young male professionals, aged 25, looking for a new flatmate to join us in our spacious and modern apartment on Clapham High street. The room available is a double room, fully furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment has a large open plan kitchen and living room, perfect for socialising and entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, situated right on Clapham High street, with all the shops, bars, and restaurants you could ask for on your doorstep. There are also great transport links, with Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations just a short walk away, providing easy access to the rest of London.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of communal spaces. We are both very easy-going and enjoy socialising with friends, but also appreciate our own space and downtime. We are ideally looking for another young professional to join us.

Rent is £850 per month, with bills and council tax averaging around £100 per month. Further information on deposit to be discussed. The room is available immediately.
