Located about 7 minutes walk to Abbeville Road and around a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common station (Northern Line). Brixton and Clapham South/ North aren't too far either. On quite a quiet street too.
Water/ Prime TV/ Disney are included in the rent. Other bills tend to be around £235ish each pm (including £92 council tax, £54 cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, TV including TNT sports and Netflix and Gas & Electric).
