I am looking to fill my gorg room in Clapham! I have been here just over a year and am moving in with my partner, so need to fill this room:)
This lovely flat/room will be available on the 1st November! House mates are lovely and socials girls, however respect their own personal time! Big kitchen and living room connected, this bedroom is bigger than most flats in London, so if you have lots of belongings this flat is for you!
Fully furnished with bed, bedside draw, huge draw and ever huger wardrobe! I also have a clothing rack which I am happy to leave too!
Gorg view and can see the London eye from bedroom window!
I am open to viewings on weekends and week days after 7pm, any questions please drive me a message and I can take more pics if needs be and arrange viewings!
Clapham Common station, 7 min walk away, Wandsworth road overground 5 mins, bus stop right outside the flat!
This properly is super handy as if you need to move out for whatever reason, you can pay £50 to change the name and fill the room! So not obliged to do the full year of the contract! X
