We have a double room available from Mid October 2025 in an amazing sociable house in the heart of Clapham North.

🏠 The house is great with a large open plan kitchen and living room, three bathrooms and a garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ! It’s a really good house for entertaining. We have a weekly cleaner who comes every Friday to spruce up the communal areas, but we are a tidy house and expecting the same!

🛏 The double room and ensuite up for grabs is £1200. Bills are , usually around £100-110

🏙 Location is super close to both Brixton and Clapham High Street where there are heaps of pubs, we are also a short walk to Clapham Common

🚃Clapham north tube is 5 min walk. Brixton tube is a 12 min walk.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 You will be living mixed house with 6 amazing housemates. We are a fun social house who enjoy spending time with each other and enjoy having drinks over the weekend. We are all working professionals who work a mix of home and office. We try to have house dinners and drinks every so often so we are looking for someone who is like minded and on the same vibe.

We enjoy going out, going to the pubs, gym, sports, travelling, festivals, events etc. We all do have separate lives and groups of friends outside of the house but we are all very chilled and people are always welcome over.
