Clapham short contract

Room available in Clapham South/Common – move-in date is 22nd November (potentially earlier) as one of our housemates is moving out. Flexible tenancy as the landlord is looking to sell, running until March 2026 with possible extension to April/May. Rent is £1,200 plus approx. £60 bills, waiting to confirm deposit but likely a months rent. We’re a sociable group of 4 (3 girls, 1 boy – aged 23/24) working in law, architecture, and government, mostly office-based. We are looking for someone laidback and similar in age/vibe to join the dynamic and be a friend as well as a housemate. Potentially prefer a boy to keep dynamic but not would rather find right person. We enjoy running, cycling, pub trips, and nights out together.
