About me:
I am a 24 professional who has lived in London for 3 years now and have just moved out of Balham and back into Clapham. I work in the city and am in the office 3-4 days a week. I’m looking for someone who is also in the office regularly so not a remote worker. I love pub trips and Prosecco lunches with my friends at the weekend🥂. If I’m not out I’ll be in the lounge with something trashy on the tv!
Good to knows:
Rent- £1150
Bills- around £100 a month
Location- 5 mins walk to Clapham South (Northern Line), 1 min walk to Clapham Common (perfect for the summer☀️)
Shops, restaurants etc- the flat is on the Abbeville Road which is surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and the Abbeville pub
If you don’t fancy going to the common the flat has a lovely private garden which gets great sun in the summer!!
