After the best two and a half years of my life (!!) I’m going back to Aus so am looking for someone to take over my room.
The girls are looking for a female professional between 26 - 30 who is friendly, clean, sociable, and loves a good catch up over some trashy tv or a meal.
You’d have the pleasure of living with three gorgeous girls 👧🏼👧🏼👧🏻 aged between 27 - 29 working in law, health tech, and marketing. They are a mix of working from office and home so would be looking for someone who does the same! They all met through Spareroom originally, but having lived together now for a few years, are good mates who love spending time together in and out the house ❤️🔥
The house is a well maintained four bedroom terraced townhouse on a quiet street less than a 5 minute walk from Clapham North tube. It has a separate living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious garden.
The room is a ground floor double that comes furnished with a double bed (with space underneath for storage), a wardrobe (with shelves), a desk and chair, lamp and mirror.
General admin:
- Rent is £787.50 a month. Bills are not included but they are around £150 a month (internet, gas and electric, water, tv license, and council tax)
- Deposit is £908.66
- Room is available from the 4th of December and no earlier
