Exciting times for our housemate who’s moving in with her boyfriend — which means a lovely double room will be available in our flat from **Saturday, 11th October**.
We’re two professional females looking for one more to join our spacious 3-bed split-level flat, just a few minutes’ walk from Clapham Common and around 15 minutes from both Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction station.
**About the room & flat:**
- Good-sized double room
- Bathroom (toilet + shower) right next door, plus another bathroom upstairs with a bath
- Large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with all essentials (brand-new cooker hood just installed!)
**About us:**
We’re both in our 30s, sociable and easygoing — we enjoy dinners and the occasional glass of wine together but also have our own busy lives and social circles.
**About you:**
We’re looking for a **professional aged 30–40** who’s friendly, sociable, and considerate, and who’s happy to join in but also values their own space.
**Rent & bills:**
- Rent: £800 pcm (paid directly to the landlord)
- Deposit: one month’s rent (12-month minimum term)
- Bills: approx. £130 pcm (council tax, water, gas/electric, internet, TV license)
- Cleaner: visits every 2 weeks (included in bills split)
If you’re interested, please reply with a bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing.
If selected for the room the landlords will need to undergo a background check which can take a couple weeks to process before you move in.
