The flat is a 10 minute walk to Clapham South station and a shorter walk to Clapham Common, and a 5 minute walk to Abbeville Village.
The room is fully furnished and you would have your own bathroom with a shower.
The flat has a shared kitchen and a shared lounge area which we use to work from home sometimes too. There is a shared balcony at the front of the flat with a door from the lounge and the bedroom.
We're looking for a fun, clean and tidy, and considerate person to join our flat with 2 other girls (30 and 31). We work in tech and public affairs - sounds boring but promise we're not.
We're hoping to do viewings Thursday/Friday or next week.
