Hi everyone I’m moving out of my room which needs to be filled by 11th October. The location is AMAZING - with a Co Op and The Avalon pub just across the road. It is in the middle of Balham and Clapham South so less than 10minutes walk away from Clapham Common or the shops and cafes in Balham.
The room is furnished and has space for a desk so you can comfortably wfh and I’ve even managed to keep my bike in it too. The flat has a large living area and lots of storage too.
Bills are around £90 month and the deposit is a months rent. Along with the cheap rent this is a super affordable room for London.
Current Flatemates: Two laidback kiwi guys aged 28 and 32.
