Sadly, I am moving out of my gorgeous 2 bed house in Clapham/Battersea and looking for someone to take over my contract. It is available immediately and the contract runs until the end of May 2026.
It is located in a secure, gated mews just off Lavender Hill (~a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction and Clapham Common stations). It is a 2 storey house with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony areas and a modern open kitchen/living room. Included in the rent is bike storage, regular gardeners and a window cleaner. It also sits in Wandsworth council, so the council tax is really cheap.
The room itself is a double, with three built in wardrobes and electric black out blinds (these honestly changed my life). The yellow bathroom in the photos would be all yours!
My current housemate is a lovely 29 year old doctor who has two adorable kittens that live with us (so you’d get all the benefits of having a pet without the responsibility!)
The house is technically unfurnished, but my housemate and I have already furnished the living room. The sofa in the living room was left by the previous tenant, and my share of the dining table/chairs, shelving, and side table comes to about £150. I am also selling my king-size ottoman bed frame (pictured) if you’re interested.
