Just up the road from Clapham high street, close to shops, pubs and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk to Clapham common.
The room is furnished room including double bed with drawer storage, wardrobe and built in storage cupboard.
IKEA desk and drawers can be kept for additional cost, as I'm planning to sell on Facebook marketplace.
£1000 rent per month, paid on the 20th of each month.
Bills approximately £120, potential to increase slightly in winter months.
Council tax band C, Lambeth council.
