Spacious Sociable Clapham Home – Two Large Doubles Available (One Ensuite)

Hey! We’re Dave, Ben and Cam, three friendly and easy-going guys in our late twenties and early thirties who’ve made this big Clapham house a proper home. We work in luxury travel, asset management and product design, and are often found cooking, watching movies, exercising or heading to the pub together.

Two of our housemates are moving on, one back home and one in with her best friend. Since both are girls, we’d love to keep a nice balance in the house and find people who’ll enjoy being part of a relaxed and sociable home. If you like the idea of sharing the occasional meal, pub trip or movie night, you’ll fit right in.

We usually work from home on Fridays, so the house has a good balance of quiet time during the week and social time in the evenings and weekends.

The House

A large semi-detached home just off Clapham Common Westside with wooden floors, bright decor and plenty of natural light. The open plan kitchen and living area has a bar-style counter, two fridge freezers, a dishwasher and a microwave.

There’s also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and full height glass doors leading to a private garden that’s great for morning coffee or weekend hangs.

All bills are included, covering utilities, council tax, broadband and a weekly cleaner.

Spacious double with private balcony, sharing a bathroom with two others.

Close to Clapham Common, Clapham South and Clapham Junction stations, with Northcote Road and Battersea Rise nearby for pubs, cafés and restaurants.
