Beautiful double room available in Clapham

We have a double room available in a beautiful Victorian property situated in Clapham. This is a four bedroom property which spans across 4 floors including a spacious basement for storage.

Room and Bills
This is a double bedroom that comes with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. You will share a bathroom (with the shower and toilet separate) with two other flatmates. As we are all working professionals with different schedules, sharing the bathroom works really well and it’s easily accessible in the morning and throughout the day.

All bills are included, including council tax (Band F) and TV licence.

Contract renewal March 2026, long-term let is preferred.

The House:
This is a really big, bright home with lots of natural light. We’ve created a really cosy, homely vibe and love spending time in the spacious living room with a TV, which opens up into a huge kitchen and out onto the patio. There’s plenty of space for food storage, and the kitchen is available to use throughout the day, so there’s never any issue cooking whenever you need to.

Parking:
Parking is available outside the property with a permit, and there are no difficulties finding a space on our road.

Location:
We are perfectly located between Clapham Common and Clapham Junction, offering easy access to both areas filled with great restaurants, lively bars, gyms, and the common is on our doorstep.

Housemates:
We have an amazing setup in our lovely home, so it’s really important for us to find someone who fits in well and respects the space.

At the moment, we are four female working professionals who share common interests in the gym, sports, and going out for dinners or drinks, we’ve even been on a few trips together!

That said, we all appreciate having our own time and space to unwind too.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for another working professional who enjoys living in a shared home. You are a fun and sociable person who wants to be part of a home rather than just share a space.

You are clean, respectful of communal areas, and happy to contribute to maintaining the property’s cleanliness. We are all very easy-going and are hoping to find someone who is keen to join a mature yet fun household!
