Double room available in Clapham North - move-in is 1st November as I am leaving London. Potentially sooner for the right person. Periodic tenancy. Rent is £1,120 plus approx. £100 bills per month. Cleaner comes biweekly. Deposit is £1,146.
You’ll be living with 3 kiwis (1 girl, 2 guys - in their late 20s - early 30s). We are looking for someone laidback and similar in age/vibe to join the dynamic and be a friend as well as a housemate but no pressure to join in. We enjoy pub trips, gigs and gym. The room is a large double in a spacious house with great communal space (open living and dining room and outside terrace).
Transport links are great;
Clapham North (northern line) - 6 min walk
Clapham high street (overground) - 8 min walk
Stockwell (Victoria line) - 10 min walk
Loads of shops nearby as Clapham high street is a short walk away. Clapham Common is a short walk away for some green space!
