We’ve got a lovely room becoming available in our flat just off Stonehouse Street – less than 5 mins to Clapham Common station, the park, Sainsbury’s, and loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops nearby.

You’d be living with two girls – Lexi and Amelia – both in their mid to late twenties. We work in a mix of home and office, and always up for a chat but also respect everyone’s space.

The flat has:
- Big living/dining area – perfect for hanging out or having friends over
- Rooftop terrace (great for summer evenings)
- Garage with washer + dryer
- Gated building

The room comes with:
- Double bed & mattress
- Wardrobe
- En-suite shower

Bills are split four ways and come to about £150 each per month. Deposit is £1,875 (having issues updating amount in listing).

The current couple are heading back to NZ, so the room’s available from 3rd December.
