Hi! We are looking for 5 people to take on our big 5 bedroom house, located on a quiet road equal distance between Clapham and Brixton. The house has 5 double bedrooms, 2 with en suites, 3 other bathrooms and plenty of space for desks and everyone to work from home. It also has a bright and spacious kitchen/dining/living area and a big private garden out the back. Rent is £5057 per month. Contract is until 16th June 2026.

We have all loved living here and have been in the house for over 4 years but each are moving to other places. Move in date is flexible but ideally as soon as possible.

Closest tubes are Clapham North (10 min walk), Clapham Common (10 min) and Brixton (15 min). There are a number of shops nearby including big Sainsbury’s, Lidl, big Tesco all walking distance as well as multiple gyms.

Ideally we are looking for a group of 5 rather than individual people to make viewings and contract change easier.
