The room is a large, light and airy double bedroom, comes with a double bed and double wardrobe with plenty of space, 2 sets of bedside tables. May be a few other bits of furniture I will be selling with the room.

The flat is in the perfect location, there is a bus stop right outside the flat which takes you to Nine Elms, Vauxhall, Chelsea, Battersea & Clapham Common.

Nearest tube stop is Nine Elms (20mins or Clapham Common (10 mins).

Clapham Junction - 10 mins journey
Northcote Road - 15 mins journey
Battersea Park / Powerstation - 20 min bus or 30 min walk
Clapham Common - 10 bus or 15/20 min walk
Clapham Common Old Town - 10 bus or 15/20 min walk

You are across the road from a Tesco, Sainsbury’s and a Coffee Shop. Plus near nail shops, hair salon etc.

👯‍♀️ Your flatmates
You will be sharing the flat with two, gorgeous girlies both in their early twenties. They both work full time, one as event manager in the office 5 days a week and the other a nanny so her schedule is dependent. Ideally looking for someone who values their own space, but also enjoys having a chat after work, watching love island and cooking together or going for a walk / to the pub.

💰 Rent: £1,300 including bills. (Approx.)
