Hello everyone!
I'm subletting my double bedroom over Christmas from 15th December to 10th of January. These days can be flexible.
The rent is £1100 including all bills (Wifi, Electricity, Water)
It's a 2 bedroom flat with a large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms - you will have your own one! First week, you will live with Aimee who is a very nice and quiet girl, rarely using the kitchen or living area. As she goes away you will have the whole flat for yourself.
The flat is on the 2nd floor, close to Clapham Junction station. The whole area has gates so it's a very private and secured neighborhood. There is a swimming pool, sauna & Jacuzzi in the building for everyone with a small basic gym as well.
Many shops & bars, gyms, Botanica Hall just 5mins walk! Also the riverside towards Battersea/Wandsworth is only a 10 minute walk distance.
