We have two double rooms available in charming Victorian 3-bedroom split level flat, with lots of character.

5 minutes walk from Clapham Common, with excellent transport in and out of the city.

THE HOUSEHOLD:
Sharing with one female (Lizzie, 32) and one male (Jack, 26). We are looking for a new flatmate for the other room as George (current housemate) is moving in with his girlfriend. Looking for a new housemate who enjoy living in a clean and tidy flat and like to socialise. There is no designated space to work from home, however, there is space for a desk in the bedroom. I'm a teacher, so am at school during the working day and Jack is a Civil Servant who works in the office three days a week. I enjoy keeping active and playing lots of sports (including tag rugby), followed by a pint and Jack likes music and loves cooking.

THE HOUSE:
The bedroom includes a double bed, built in wardrobe and cupboards, and a chest of drawers.

You'll be sharing use of the shower room with only one other person (Jack). The kitchen is lovely and includes fridge freezer, electric single oven, 4 ring gas hob, butler's sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Plenty of storage.

The sitting room is a beautiful, high-ceilinged room, with a very 'family home' feel. Two comfy sofas, and an armchair.

The room is available from 2nd January.
Rent is £780pm. Initial contract 6 months then monthly.
First month’s rent in advance of move in, plus one month’s rent as deposit.

Bills not included; we currently pay £130pm each into a bills account. From this we pay for energy, water, council tax, TV licence, fibre broadband.
