The house is in a great location, just off Abbeville Road and a short walk to Clapham South Station. There are plenty of pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby, plus a small Sainsbury’s and a large Tesco on the way home from the tube.

The property is a two-floor maisonette:

First floor: kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and two bedrooms

Second floor: one bedroom with a private bathroom

The room available is the larger double on the first floor.

It comes fully furnished with:
- King-sized bed (with new mattress)
- Two wardrobes
- Large chest of drawers
- Bedside table
- (Optional) Desk, chair and mirror available at a small additional cost

The room has a large window overlooking the garden and church, which brings in lots of natural light.

The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and large fridge-freezer. Stairs from the kitchen lead down to a private garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture — perfect for summer evenings.

Bills: approx. £150–£180 per month (depending on the season).

You’ll have direct contact with the landlord, which is super handy for any issues.

There’s always parking available outside if needed.

You’ll be sharing with Jake and Alex, both friendly working professionals in the city who do hybrid working.

The tenancy runs until 26 November 2026, and the landlord allows name changes on the tenancy if you ever need to move out earlier (which I’m doing now).
