The flat is an traditional house split into a down stairs apartment, and our apartment staggered over 3 floors with a terrace.

The flatmate replacing me ideally is working full time, tidy and respectful. The current flatmate works away typically 4/5 days a week so you will have the space to yourself week days. He is very laid back, up for a laugh and outgoing, however weekends to be considerate for social hours in evenings with guests for rest and kind with regards to the shared spaces being kept clean.

You will have your own floor for the bedroom and your own bathroom as the other bedroom is an ensuite. The kitchen has an eating space, along side a dining table in the lounge.

It is bang in the middle of the common on a quiet residential street with plenty of street parking outside available. Around a 15 minute walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham Junction.
