Furnished, double, en-suite room

My wife and I are offering a fully furnished, lovely bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the top floor with an expansive view over London inclusive of all bills. We live in a homely, well maintained Victorian maisonette located on a quiet road between Clapham Common North Side and Lavender Hill. Our neighbours are families and working professionals who are friendly and sociable.

As well as your room you will share our kitchen, dining room, living room and garden.

While we are both retired, I am out most days doing volunteer work, swimming or cycling. My wife continues to teach online and crochets in a separate hobby room. We also travel frequently. We consider ourselves to be friendly, open and trustworthy.

We are looking to rent for six months from the 1st of January, with potential to extend with mutual agreement. Please note that we will need an employer reference, official id confirming the right to stay in the UK and a credit check.

Also, we cannot accept pets, couples and friends staying overnight.

Commute:
- 10 minute bus to Clapham Junction station (Train and Overground)
- 10 minute bus to Clapham Common tube station
- Buses to Central London from Lavender Hill

Leisure:
- 5-7 minute walk to nearest Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local and Co-op
