Furnished, double, en-suite room

We are offering a fully furnished, lovely bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the top floor with a view over London for £1,300/month inclusive of all bills. We live in a homely, well maintained Victorian maisonette located on a quiet road between Clapham Common North Side and Lavender Hill. Our neighbours are families and working professionals who are friendly and sociable.

We are looking to rent for six months from the 15th November, with potential to extend with mutual agreement. Please note that we will need an employer reference, official id confirming the right to stay in the UK and a credit check.

Finally, we cannot accept pets, couples and friends staying overnight.

Commute:
- 10 minute bus to Clapham Junction station (Train and Overground)
- 10 minute bus to Clapham Common tube station
- Buses to Central London from Lavender Hill

Leisure:
