We are leaving our lovely Clapham flat and need 3 new tenants to take over☺️

Flat is located 5 minutes walk from Clapham North underground and Clapham high street.

The current tenancy is until August 2026 but you would be taking over as a new fixed term lease, the length of which will be agreed between you and the landlord. The landlord has always been flexible with allowing tenants to replace themselves within the contract.

Split level flat with 3 decent sized bedrooms, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom.

You can split the £2,700 out how you see fit, we currently do it based on room size.
Bills come to around £100 per person, less in summer time.
