Double Room to rent in Clapham

I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving out at the end of November. The move-in date is flexible, so if you’d like to move in earlier, we can definitely chat about that.

You’ll be taking over a spacious double room with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

In terms of location, everything you need is within a 5-minute walk:
- Clapham Common Station and Clapham North Station
- The big Sainsbury’s on Clapham High Street

Just a couple of minutes away, you’ll also find Clapham Leisure Centre (great gym with an Olympic-sized pool) and local pubs like The Stonhouse and The Clapham Tap.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Oli (an accountant) and Sam (works in marketing for a bike retailer). We all have our own lives, but when we’re around together, we like to chill in the living room, watch some TV, or play a few video games. The flat’s relaxed and sociable, but generally quiet at night since everyone’s up early during the week.
