Advertising my room for a professionals to take over as I am moving or my own flat. I have lived here 3 years it’s great place I’m happy to call home. However I’m moving as I have recently bought a flat.

The house is spacious 4-bedroom, with a lovely large garden and bbq 🤠

The house is conveniently located about 10-minute walk from Clapham South station and a shorter journey via buses. You will find Abbeville Road and Clapham High Street nearby, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs.

The house featured equipped open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and wine cooler. it is also connected to a cosy living room with a TV and dining area. Additionally, there is one separate toilet, and one bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

The room comes with a large mirrored sliding door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed and bedside table. The available room can be yours for 750 per month. excluding bills.

-Council Tax £51
-Energy about £37
-Internet £7.74
totalling £122 per month
we also chip in an extra £10 for cleaning products (toilet paper, kitchen towels, soaps, spounges, wipes, hand wash, house needs, etc..) so no need to chase anyone

Total max £900 inc bills.

There is no agency fees and the landlord is great if there will be an issue he come and fix things quickly as you can see the photos of the house recently decorated with new carpet.

House mates need someone who fits in living with people you'd connect with and not just an occupied space. A place you would call home.

We are all professionals and we would want the same please (no DDS, or couples), We would love to socialise but also give you your space and privacy.
