Room Available in Clapham Flat

Lovely double room available in beautiful 2-bed flat in Clapham Old Town. My current housemate is moving out Dec 7th, but I would love to stay on in the current flat is someone is interested in renting the other bedroom! I’m an A+E doctor working in South London, so pretty busy, but love to have a peaceful, friendly and cosy home. Would love to find someone looking for the same thing, this is a great location and my favourite flat I’ve lived in, in London! The current tenancy period is up mid Feb, but I’d like to sign on for another 6-12 month period if possible.
P. s. the photos are from before we moved in with stage furniture. It’s currently furnished with my own things, my housemate may consider selling you on her bed/desk, or the bedroom would have to be partly furnished, otherwise it has built in wardrobes and the rest of the flat is furnished!
