Hey! We’re Dave, Liv, Jessie, Ben and Cam, five friendly, easy-going housemates in our late 20s to early 30s. We’re a sociable bunch who love cooking together, movie nights, the occasional pub trip, and making the most of London life.

🏡 About us:
Dave (27) works in luxury travel, is always planning his next trip, and is mad for skiing.
Liv (25) is a designer who keeps fit with running, hiking, and gym sessions, but always finds time for a few drinks with friends and the occasional dance.
Ben (27) works in asset management, enjoys conditioning runs, and makes a mean chilli con carne.
Jessie (25) works in performance marketing, loves Pilates, reading, and exploring markets, galleries, and museums.
Cam (31) The token Kiwi, works in design, love gymming, hunting down new restaurants in London, and weekend hikes across the UK.

We’re looking for someone friendly, relaxed, and sociable who enjoys the mix of activity and downtime that makes our home fun. (Sorry, no couples or pets.)

A spacious semi-detached home just off Clapham Common Westside with a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, utility room, private garden and plenty of natural light.

📍 Location
Moments from Clapham Common, Clapham South and Clapham Junction, and close to Northcote Road and Battersea Rise for great pubs, cafés and restaurants.
