It's just a 10-minute walk from Clapham South, and you'll be sharing with two sociable 26-year-old professionals who are easy-going, clean, and great craic. We fully embrace the Clapham stereotypes and love training for half marathons just as much as a trip to the Perky Nel.

You’d be taking over the lease from me as I'm heading off travelling in January. The room is available from the end of November (ASAP). The lease runs until the end of May with the option to extend.
