Spacious double room with an amazing balcony with rooftop views available for sublet over Christmas/ New Years!

Rent is £200 per week incl. bills which is a reduced sublet rate!

I am travelling to NZ over this period so looking for someone to take on a sublease with my 3 lovely flatmates Alex, Victoria and Max.

The flat has 4 bedrooms across two levels, with two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and underfloor heating throughout.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and drawers with plenty of space for luggage. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the guys.

A bit about us! We are an English/Canadian/Kiwi mix aged 27-32. Victoria works in publishing, Alex works in civil service and Max works for the NHS. We enjoy each other’s company and do the occasional flat meal, but equally have our own things going on.

Queenstown Road Overground - 10min walk
Clapham Common Tube - 15min walk
Bus stops - 3 min walk

Walking distance to Clapham Common, Battersea Park and Battersea Powerstation. Lots of local pubs and cafes, gyms and big supermarkets no farther than a 10 min bus.
