Clapham South sublet from mid nov - 7 weeks

I’m moving in with my partner and looking for someone to take over my lovely room until the end of our tenancy (6th January 2026, there will be no extension possible after this). The room will be available from Sunday 16th November (potentially the day before)

The room is a great size, fully furnished with a double bed, mattress topper, and three built-in wardrobes/drawers — loads of storage! There’s plenty of space for a desk if you work from home (though I’ll be taking mine with me). The room will be completely empty of my belongings. The flat has two bathrooms so you will only be sharing with one other.

The flat itself is in a great location:
• 1-minute walk from Clapham Common
• 10-minute walk to Clapham South Station
• 10-minute walk to Northcote Road

You’ll be sharing with Sofia (from Sweden, works in PR) and Haley (from Colorado, works in Partnerships). They’re both super friendly, easy-going, and enjoy cooking, exercising, and relaxing with a good TV show. It’s a calm, sociable flat — definitely not a party house.

Rent: £1100 per month (including all bills)
Looking for: Female Preferred

Even if you’re not looking to stay for the full period, I’d still love to hear from you — I’m open to someone who needs a shorter-term let.
