Double Room in Clapham Old Town

Double room available from 7 December, in our lovely all girls house in Clapham Old Town. You will be sharing with 3 amazing and friendly housemates in a relaxed home.

📍Location highlights:
8 minute walk to Clapham Common (northern line)
8 minute walk to Wandsworth Road (Overground)
Safe, beautiful neighbourhood with loads of cafes, pubs, Pilates studios, and the common just around the corner.

🏡 About the house and housemate:
You will be living with three lovely housemates aged 28-30. 2 of the girls do not WFH, and the other WFH on a Monday and Friday.

I came in on SpareRoom and am leaving with really good friends.

The vibe is relaxed, friendly and respectful, we love the occasional wine night or trip to the pub, but also appreciate our own space.

The house has a lovely little patio/garden which we spend a lot of time in during the summer.

There is a WFH space / designated space.
Separate downstairs toilet/utility, with washer/dryer.

🛏️ About the room:
It has a built in double wardrobe, plus two large alcoves which gives plenty of additional storage.

The ottoman bed is mine, bought in May but since I am moving into my boyfriend’s I am happy to sell if needed.
Excellent value for the location.

The room gets plenty of morning light and is very bright and sunny during the summer evenings. As the room is on the top floor, it is very quiet and away from any street noise.
