Double room in Clapham

We've got a lovely double bedroom with its own balcony coming up in our four-bed flat in Clapham, and we're looking for someone easy-going to join us.

The room's fully furnished with a comfy bed (just got a new mattress) and plenty of storage, and the balcony is a real bonus - great for a morning coffee or a sunny evening. It shares a bathroom with just one other flatmate, and there's a second WC too for those busier mornings.

We're a sociable, relaxed bunch of professionals on a mix of in-office and work-from-home days, so ideally you'd have a similar rhythm. We're friendly and happy to hang out, but everyone's got their own lives and friendship groups going on too, so there's a nice balance of company and space.

Location-wise it's well placed: about 15 minutes' walk from both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common, so brilliant transport links and the Common right on your doorstep.
