Double room in Clapham

We have a double bedroom with a balcony available in our four-bedroom flat in Clapham.

The flat is c.15 minutes walk from Clapham Junction and Clapham Common, so excellent travel links.

The room is furnished and includes bed and storage spaces seen in the photos. The room shares a bathroom with one other person (two rooms have en-suites), but there is also another small bathroom with a toilet.

The current flatmates are all professionals who work a mixture of in-office and from home (ideally looking for someone with similar working patterns). We’re a sociable, friendly and relaxed house but also have our own friendship groups etc.

Bills are in addition to the rent and are £150 per month. This includes weekly cleaner, broadband, energy and council tax.
