Sadly I am moving back to Australia so I am looking for someone to take over my double room in Battersea for the remaining 6 months of our lease.
The room on the top floor, is very spacious and has a ton of built in storage ie built in bedside table, draws, shelves and hanging space. The room has a big street facing window so lots of natural light.
Regarding the rest of the place there is a shared lounge room, back yard, bathroom, shower and washing machine.
You will be sharing the place with two lovely girls who are working professionals, one from Australia and one from New Zealand both mid 20s.
They are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly. Ideally someone who is going to be social in the house and be friends as well as roommates.
Rent is 1000 per month plus bills and council tax.
Room available on the 10th but can potentially be flexible :)
