Furnished double room off of Clapham High street

Hi,

Looking for someone to take over the my current housemates tenancy in our 2 bed flat, from the 29th December 2025. Top floor double room comes furnished (bed / bedside table / chest of drawers). With bills looking at around £1,500-550 per month, changes slightly depending on energy usage. Also has its own bathroom on the ground floor with bath / shower.

Flat is a top floor flat with its own front door, split across two floors. Has a baloney pictured off of the kitchen, only been here for one summer so far but it gets direct in most of the afternoon which is lovely. Appreciate not always able to get the best feel from pictures / limited amount on spareroom. Will be able to share a video over messages.

Great area off Clapham high street, closer to Clapham North than the common. Additionally close to Battersea park / power station - about 15-20 minute walk.

Ideally I’d like to live with someone who could become a friend, do movie nights/dinners, social activities etc.

A bit about myself:
I work in finance in the city and work in office around 3/4 days a week, wfh the rest. I love to eat, all things food related, going out for meals and trying new places. I enjoy socialising, going out for drinks and the occasional night out. But also love a night in, and appreciate my own down time and space. I also enjoy going to the gym and doing other fitness classes, Muay Thai, boxing etc, always happy to have a gym buddy.
