Furnished double room w bathroom - near Clapham HS

Looking for someone to take over the my current housemates tenancy in our 2 bed flat, from the 29th December 2025. Top floor double room comes furnished (bed / bedside table / chest of drawers). Rent is £1,300 with bills looking at around £1,500 per month, changes slightly depending on energy usage. The bedroom has its own separate bathroom with bath / shower.

Flat is a top floor flat with its own front door, split across two floors. The flat has a balcony, pictured off of the kitchen which gets direct sunlight. Appreciate not always easy to get the best feel from pictures. Will be able to share a video over messages.

Great area off Clapham high street, slightly closer to Clapham North than the common. Additionally, close to Battersea park / power station - about 15-20 minute walk.

Ideally I’d like to live with someone who could become a friend, do movie nights/dinners, social activities etc.

A bit about myself:
I work in finance in the city and work in office around 4 days a week, wfh the rest. I love to eat, all things food related, going out for meals and trying new places. I enjoy socialising, going out for drinks and the occasional night out. But also love a night in, and appreciate my own down time and space. I also enjoy going to the gym and doing other fitness classes, Muay Thai, Pilates, tennis, always happy to have a gym buddy.
