Large Double Room with Conservatory in Clapham

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly household in Clapham.
The room itself is a generous double that’s genuinely big enough to live in comfortably, and you’ll have access to the garden.
Location-wise, you’re perfectly placed - just a 2 minute walk from the Common, 5 minutes from the Avalon (5 minute walk from the Windmill), and 10 minutes from Clapham Old Town. Clapham South tube is a 5 minute walk away and Clapham Junction is about 30 minutes on foot, so getting around London is easy.
The room comes furnished and we’re looking for someone to move in from the end of November. Deposit is 6 weeks rent with a 6 month minimum stay. Smoking is fine, but unfortunately no pets allowed.
