We´re excited to offer a fantastic room for a professionals to join us in our spacious 4-bedroom house, with a lovely garden.

The house is conveniently located about 10-minute walk from Clapham South station and a shorter journey via buses. You will find Abbeville Road and Clapham High Street nearby, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs.

Our house featured a well equipped open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and wine cooler. it is also connected to a spacious living room with a large TV and dining area. Additionally, there is one separate toilet, and one bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The house also features a big garden for BBQ or enjoying a coffee outdoors (when possible XD)

The room comes with a double wardeobe and a large built in storage space, a chest of drawers and a double bed . I will also leave the TV, mirror and other furniture seen on the pics but I can also remove them if that is preferred. The available room can be yours for 625 per month. excluding bills.

-Internet £7.74
totalling £122 per month
we also chip in an extra £10 for cleaning products (toilet paper, kitchen towels, soaps, spounges, wipes, hand wash, house needs, etc..) so no need to chase anyone

There is no agency fees and the landlord is great as you can see the photos of the house.

We would like someone who fits in living with people you'd connect with and not just an occupied space. A place you would call home.

We are all professionals and we would want the same please (no DDS, students or couples), We would love to socialise but also give you your space and privacy.

The room will be available from the 31st of January but can be flexible for the right person.
