Spacious Double Room in Clapham

Hello!

Our flatmate is moving out in mid-January 2026, and his room will be available to rent.

On the ground floor, we have the live-in landlord, who has the entire floor to himself (including his own bathroom and kitchen). We only share the main entrance, as the house is not separated.

The first and second floors are where all the other bedrooms, the shared kitchen, and the shared bathrooms are located.

It’s a very chill, tidy, and harmonious environment. We are all open-minded people who lead healthy lifestyles and get along like a small family, even though our schedules often differ. There is a strong sense of trust in the house.

The landlord is very friendly yet private. He rarely engages with us beyond general house matters, which I usually handle as I’ve been living here since moving to London in 2017.

We are looking for another young female professional who is tidy, trustworthy, and has a great personality, ideally someone who isn’t a heavy party-goer but still knows how to enjoy life.

Rent: £750 per month
Deposit: 1 month
Bills: Gas + Electricity split between all 4 housemates
