Beautiful big room in Clapham

Council Tax included - bills around £90 per person a month.

Flat in Clapham, Clapham Common five minutes walk away, Clapham Junction station 10 minutes walk and lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near.

The flat has two floors, I live above and I have my own bathroom. There is another bathroom downstairs which I never use and it is to be shared by 2 people. Living-room and kitchen are shared.

we are looking for a professional who is friendly, clean and an ideally more of an early bird. We both are professionals working in the city, love a coffee walk and a cozy movie night (we have a projector) lastly, I have a cat called Bilbo, however he stays most of the time upstairs.(super cute and friendly always happy to have a cuddle)
