Decently sized room in well located flat - close to Clapham high street without feeling too busy, with plenty of shops, pubs and gyms nearby. Flat is approximately 10 mins walking distance from Clapham Common station (Northern Line) and 20 minutes from Brixton station (Victoria Line).
Current tenants are working professionals in late 20s to early 30s. We enjoy bouldering and weight training at the local climbing gym, pub quizzes, sports and exploring London.
Rent is £980 pm while bills are ~ £150 pm, dependent on time of year. Council tax band D. Room is ‘Unfurnished’, however outgoing tenant has furniture available to buy - Wardrobe, Desk & Bedside Table.
Would come onto a new 12 month contract with a 6 month break, starting from January 10.
However, the room will be available from the 20th December if you wish to discuss an earlier move in arrangement with the current tenant.
