Looking for someone to come into a ‘professional’ 3-bed houseshare in Clapham. Is an all male houseold at present.
Ideally would be someone who doesen’t mind a pub quiz or a climb as Substation Climbing gym is ~5 mins away.
Pretty class location, close enough to Clapham high street without feeling too busy, Clapham Common is a 10 min walk away.

Flat is 10 mins from Clapham Common station and 20 minutes from Brixton station.

Rent is £980. Bills are ~ £150 pm, dependent on time of year. Council tax band D.

Room is ‘Unfurnished’ however outgoing tenant has furniture available to buy - Wardrobe, Desk & Bedside Table

Would come onto a new contract which would be 12 months with a 6 month break, starting from January 10.

Room will be available from the 20th December if want to move in before, can reach agreement with outgoing tenant.

Separate bathroom and toilet. Double glazing and third floor so the flat stays relatively warm during winter.
