Just a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common underground station with a bus stop 1 minute away which can quickly get you to Brixton, Streatham and also central. There are two other tenants, one working in tv and the other in art. The property is very spacious with plenty of storage. There is a private garden with an easy access gate onto the street. There is on street parking directly outside the property, you can apply for a permit however the restricted times are from 10am - noon Monday to Friday. So if you are working Monday to Friday in person it won’t be needed. Parking is free on the weekend. The property is furnished however the room to let is not.
