The flat is a really lovely two bedroom located in the library building. Transport is great as both Clapham Common and Clapham North are a 5-minute walk away as is Clapham High Street Overground. There are also plenty of buses with a bus stop right outside the building. The flat is modern and you would have your own separate bathroom. The living area is a great open plan space with a kitchen and both living space and a dining table. The Kitchen has built in appliances (dishwasher included which is always a bonus!). The bedroom is a great sized double with a wardrobe as well as chests of drawers. The other unit pictured belongs to the current tenant who would consider selling it if of interest.

The building itself is a really nice place to live with a concierge (super handy for those ASOS orders!), secure entry with visual/audio entry system, bike storage and two communal roof terraces with great views across London.

You would be living with me, Bec, a 31-year-old working in finance/asset management. During the week I do usual office type hours and work from home 1 day a week. I am a pretty sociable person and love going for a drink and seeing friends both out and in the flat. The room is becoming available as Molly, my long-term friend, who has lived here for nearly three years, is moving into a place of her own.

As the flat is a two bed I would be keen to share it with someone who is hoping to call it home and use the communal space - not see it as just a lodging!

I am often found on the sofa in the evening watching both low and slightly higher brow TV and I’m also at the gym most days pre or post work. I cook a fair bit, so there’s a good chance you would get to benefit from a roast on a Sunday or the odd mid week meal and wine.

Ideally you will be approximately 26-36, preferably female, though this is not a deal breaker, males do apply. Someone with a similar week in terms of hours would be the ideal.

The flat is available from approximately 13th December but there is room for flexibility, so don’t let that put you off messaging. The current contract runs until 28th September 2026. Bills come to approximately £275 a month including internet, electricity, heating, council tax, sky, TV licence and a fortnightly cleaner.
