I am moving out from our lovely 2 bedroom flat as I will be moving in with my boyfriend.

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from January. You’d be sharing a lovely two-bedroom flat with a friendly 24, female professional who works in law firm. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys keeping a clean, cosy, and welcoming home.

Just a heads-up that the flat isn’t suitable for smokers, couples and pets.

The move in date would be from 18th January. Dates can also be negotiated based on your availability as I am flexible.

The flat is situated in a fantastic location, and I love how central it is with a handful of transport links close by:

-Stockwell Tube (Victoria Line/Northern Line) 10 minutes walk.

-Clapham North (Northern Line) 15 minutes walk

-Battersea Power Station (Northern Line) 15 minutes walk.

-Nine Elms Tube (Northern Line) (and large Sainburys) 15 minutes walk.

-Wandsworth Road Overground Station (8 minutes walk)

The flat is one floor up from ground level, and is a 2 bedroom shared bathroom and open living room flat. The flat is fully furnished and comes with your standard amenities.

Rent is £1,040 a month excl. bills, which are around £200. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a month.
