Lease Takeover - Large Couples Room Ensuite

My partner and I are leaving London and our room is available on January 4th for a long term lease takeover.

It’s a large room with a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite, the room has plenty of storage space.
The house is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It’s fully furnished, great common living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, a garage, a backyard and a balcony attached to the lounge room.
We also have off street parking and there is on street permit parking spots available.
The other housemates are a 27 year old Aussie guy and a 24 year old Aussie girl who are great and very social.

The house is on a quiet one way street, and is a 15 minute walk from Clapham common and either Clapham common or Clapham south tube stations. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to bus stops.

Rent : £1500 pcm + bills
