Single room available in a 3 bed flat in a great location in Clapham SW4. 10 minute walk to Clapham old town where there are great pubs, cafes, shops and the common. Transport wise you have the victoria line and northern line both within 10 minute walks with the choice of 2 different stations. You also have the overground and buses so very well connected to everyone but city especially being direct on the northern line.

You will be sharing with me the landlord, I am 24, I work in sales and enjoy tennis / padel. The other housemate Will is 26 and works in tech.

I have purposefully made this room a very good price and attractive because I am looking for the right person - ideally a professional who wants a really nice room to crash in after a long day at work.
